Theraputic services are available in-person for Indiana clients in NWI
and virtually for Illinois clients.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
One-on-one therapy is available for adults, aged 18 years and above. Therapy services are available in-person for IN clients and remote for IL clients. Cost of indivual sessions is $120 per session, OOP. I accept various insurance plans.
COUPLES THERAPY
Couples therapy is available for adult couples, aged 18 years and above. Therapy services are available in-person for IN clients and remote for IL clients. Cost of sessions is $120 per session, OOP. I accept various insurance plans.

ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Adrianna, and I am excited to be apart of your mental health journey! My goal as a therapist is to work with you as your supporter and help guide you through life. As a therapist, I prefer a collaborative and active approach. To be the best for you, I work to be the best version of myself. To stay on top of my own mental health, I engage in daily meditation and weekly exercise. "Self-care Sundays" are important for me to disconnect and do all the things I love and that make me happy! I also love to travel and be outside as much as possible.
EXPERIENCE
I specialize in sex therapy and am a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, & Therapists (since 2020) and Assocation of Sexology & Sexual Awareness (since 2022). I have years of experience working with couples, primarly with sex-related and relationship concerns. I have clinical experience in working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and populations in individual and group settings. I have extensive training in suicide prevention and crisis intervention. I use an intetegration of CBT, EFT, SE, and motivational interviewing as primary theraputic approaches.
